Mihai Musatoiu
I am a Sweden-based online specialist and freelance journalist currently covering editorial and digital projects in the U.S. and Japan.
I co-founded DailyBusiness.ro online business newspaper in Romania in 2006, the year when I was awarded the “Young Journalist of the Year” national award by Vodafone Group and Freedom House press NGO.
Under my editorial supervision, DailyBusiness.ro was nominated as the second Romanian website in terms of audience quality (premium readers with education and revenues above average covering 42 percent of the total readers) by the independent web monitoring body SATI, the biggest independent provider of web traffic data in Romania.
I previously worked at Romania’s most influencial business newspaper, Ziarul Financiar (Financial Daily), where I covered the IT&technology field for two years (2004-2006), first as a reporter and then as an editor.
